Almost two-thirds of adults in the U.S. are currently stressed about money and finances, according to a recent survey conducted by Zogby International. TransUnion commissioned the survey.
According the results of the survey, 21 percent of adults are always stressed about money and finances, while 44 percent are sometimes stressed by financial matters.
This means that 65 percent of adults reported feeling the stresses of money on a frequent basis. The 65 percent mark represents nearly two out of every three adults in the U.S.
“With today’s changing and turbulent economic conditions, it is easy for consumers to become worried and confused about how to manage their finances,” Heather Battison, director of education for TransUnion’s consumer products, said.
